We begin by inspecting the surface for any existing sealer. If the pavers have been previously sealed, the old sealer must be removed before a new sealer can be applied. Sealer removal is a separate service and is priced accordingly. We never apply new sealer over an existing sealer.

Next, we remove mold, algae, mildew, and other organic growth that can affect the appearance and condition of the surface.

We then remove mineral deposits, calcium buildup, and hard water stains commonly found around pools and other wet areas.

After that, rust stains are treated and removed using professional-grade products.

The paver joints are thoroughly cleaned to remove weeds, dirt, old sand, and accumulated debris.

Once the joints are prepared, we perform a deep cleaning of the entire paver surface using professional pressure washing equipment.

The surface is then thoroughly rinsed to remove any remaining contaminants and cleaning residues.

After cleaning, the joints are refilled with fresh Joint Sand to help stabilize the pavers and restore the integrity of the joints.

The sand is properly settled into the joints, and the entire surface is allowed to dry completely before sealing.

Only after the surface is fully dry do we apply a high-quality professional sealer in multiple coats to protect the pavers, enhance their appearance, and extend the life of the surface.
